sc 3 on the last chain
continue to sc and sc 3 on last stitch

chain 4, skip 1, dc, chain 1, skip 1, dc
now repeat (chain1, skip 1, dc) for row 7 and 8

repeat (chain 1, skip 1, dc) for rows 12 and 13

row 12-13

crochet 2 rows of double crochet
and cut off yarn

row 14-15

add white color yarn and sc for row 16

chain 1, hdc (half double crochet) for this row
and cut off yarn

this would be the bag itself or the base of it

straps

switch to fall color yarn now
slip knot and chain 4
skip the first chain from hook and sc 3

ch 1 if you like but i peronally dont chain 1 when i turn over work. it makes my work look much cleaner in my opinion
do a deep single crochet
this would be called a deep sc crochet as you would need to enter your hook into the last 2 stitch all the way down
continue to end

now sc in the the last row instead of two rows down

row 3

do another deep single crochet two rows down

row 4

you alternate between a normal sc and a deep sc crochet every other row
it kind of makes it look like a cluster stitch
do it until it as long as you need it to be (i made mine 51 cm long)

row #

now switch to white color yarn and sc on both sides of the strap to kind of create a frame to it

now sew the straps onto the top of the bag and youre done

theres many way you can make your straps but this is how i learned to make mine

pumpkin key chain

i dont have a pattern for a pumpkin key chain but you can definitly look up free tutorials on youtube or buy it off of other crocheters. i didnt make a pattern because i feel like theres many tutorials and patterns on pumpkins and they mostly look the same. i did mine freely without tutorial and honestly i feel like its not made right so i didnt write a pattern for it.

this is very optional if you want your tote to look for like fall
